Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your PlushBites purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@plushbites.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@plushbites.com so that we can make it right.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
